解决方法很简单打开config.inc.php 搜索 $cfg['blowfish_secret']

在 $cfg['blowfish_secret'] = ' '  里随便填个字符串即可.

修改完后，重起Apache.

登录phpmyadmin也许之前的错误提示仍然存在，但重新选择某种语言后就可以了。
